@twcau “24-hour clear fluid diet, followed by standard 6-hour fasting, should be recommended for all patients receiving GLP-1 RAs and GLP-1/GIPRAs” - that doesn’t sound too bad. The reason I started on GLP1 was because I was too fat for an operation, the surgeon said the risk of anaesthesia at 165kg is worse than the gallstone I had. Being on a GLP1 but at 100kg is much less risky than being 165kg and trying to safely sedate me.
