@decryption sounds like it’s time to change something. Add some extra exercise? A walk at lunch or post work? Or.. a cycle? (He says having just wrecked myself going up my big hill I use)

I’ve been struggling to lose weight, and it’s reached the point where I need to consider pharmaceutical support - but can’t think about starting that until I have a colonoscopy and endoscopy due to age and family risk factors, and that pharmaceutical intervention in question poses a general anesthesia risk.
