My heroine this week is ABC’s White House Correspondent Mary Bruce who asked the Saudi-Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman what Saudi-Arabia was doing at The White House, after Saudi-Arabia’s involvement in both 9/11 and the killing of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
May her courage inspire us all.

@randahl "photoshopping" can mean anything. Today, Photoshop is full of AI tools. This has been clearly, fully rehallucinated (image -> image) in some tool, whether Photoshop or not.
this is a bold statement asserted as if fact, with little to support it, if you get a higher resolution version of the image.
I've been working professionally with photoshop for about 30 years, before it even supported layers, and I can tell you this area of the hair over the background is very hard to do this well, either with manual editing, or AI.
More likely, it is a professionally taken photograph with professional lighting, and edited for colour and levels.

My impression has been so far, that everyone bend down to the orange monster. Zelenskyj was punished live for not doing that, but most of the political power are weak.

@randahl And Trump doesn't know anything but to fling mud at her, calling her all kinds of bad things. The question adjacent to those addressed at MBS should have been what the hell the orange menace was doing in the White House, for he belongs in a federal prison.
This is an important political/social document (video), but I can't watch it, and suggest anyone who's game enough should still have a few stiff drinks first.

It seems to me that men are always too obsessed with their status and the possible loss of it.

I'd really like to see journalists stick together & stick up for themselves. Honestly, I would LOVE to see them just not showing up for his "press conferences" & instead doing some old-fashioned investigative reporting to get their stories. They have to know he just lies so they are giving us "non-stories." Independent media are where the real stories are these days.
