I was right across the street from the Allen Institute at the huge Mercer and 9th intersection, the light suddenly turned yellow and I didn't think I could make it across in time. Did normal 50-50 front and back braking, not super hard, and I think both tires slipped at the same time.
Probably should have just hit the back brake actually, because I've skid the back tire in mud before and it self-corrected when the front tire kept traction, but since both slid I ended up with my bike diagonal and my momentum going straight (then down thanks to good ol' gravity)
