@s0 C socket to B plug adapters, and they stay on the equipment. Every cable is a C cable now.
@jpm this is actually to put one in a dedicated permanent install rack to a single USB C breakout, so basically for that.
Also have you tried finding USB C to USB B 3.0 cables? they're preposterously hard to find. for stuff like drive enclosures and audio interfaces. I had to buy some off ali express for work because I genuinely could not find a single one for sale from a legit establishment.
