People using #kanban boards,
Do you use different boards per project or do you use project labels in a single working board?

I am just wondering what the best approach would be. I usually use one single board for all work-related stuff but it is getting tricky with many sub-tasks馃

@jorgeluis
For my day job, we use a single #kanban board for multiple projects.

We've had swimlanes at times, when there's been a major project that needs a lot of focus. I've also used different colors to flag things belonging to this or to that project, and I personally prefer that to swimlanes (I have just two colors available as accents, so it doesn't get lost with clown barf)

For me, the visibility of having just one board as central collector is a big part of what makes it work.

@jorgeluis I used one pretty project; too many protect-specific people, business needs, agreed-upon group work patterns.
