@rileytestut @Gargron @kyva wow thats amazing, thank you for the clarification! I was trying to figure out the split between what was donated to all the other fedi projects, and I saw on Open Collective you gave 10k to Akkoma and 500 monthly to Fedify. Are the other amounts public somewhere?
@Gargron @kyva donated is in quotes because VCs don't usually give away money out of the goodness of their hearts. I am happy to see mastodon get money, and I think AltStore and the announcement are awesome. But VC money is VC money regardless so it's important to uncover exactly what's going on here
