Trump regime has disappeared billions of dollars of taxpayers' money -- not even Congress has been able to trace what it's being spent on, and who's getting the loot.
Congress isn't barely trying -- Republicans are complicit and the Democrats are not just powerless but incompetent.
Some journalists from smaller organizations are trying. They don't have subpoena power.
Given Trump world's epic corruption, the unaccountable billions are plainly that way by by design.

Can someone explain to me what does it mean to "disappear" for money that should not be created ex nihilo as its from taxes?
