If I was to buy more SSDs, which ones would you recommend? Please be specific.

@dvl I would definitely avoid SAS SSDs, based on advice from a relatively trusted resellers: it's unlikely that you'll be able to replace them when they die, because most manufacturers have bowed out of that space (and the two that are still left charge through the nose). SATA is fine for low-end stuff and NVMe for everything else. (I could tell you what we bought last for a file server except it hasn't been delivered yet.)

@dvl At least MultiLayerCells (which is actually double layer) or TripleLC ones, if not SingleLC.
