Oh, and they don't accept "name+icelandair@example.com" e-mail addresses. Their check-in system auto-corrupts them to "name plus icelandair@example.com". 🤦♀️
Yes, they have autocorrect enabled on an e-mail field, somehow. Yes, it's the website, nothing on my end is doing any of that.

Use the blue chat icon on their website to chat with a service agent, available daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM GMT. Here, one can describe the browser issues directly to them.
Alternatively, contact Icelandair customer service by phone. For example, from the USA or Canada, the toll-free number is 1-800-223-5500.
Another option is to send an email. For some countries, specific email addresses are provided, such as icelandair@discovertheworld.com.au for Australia.
