@Remittancegirl yeah, but journalists aren't immune to misinformation or AIG content, no offence to @anneapplebaum — it can be really hard to tell if information is credible these days

Indeed they are not. But I think the more telling information is not whether this is something that really took place or not, but that RT wants the world to believe it did.
I am always reminded by a friend who gave me excellent advice about how to ‘read’ speeches by dignitaries in Vietnam: he said: The content of the speech doesn’t matter, what is said doesn't matter. What matters is who speaks last and who speaks longest.
@thisismissem You’re spot on. It does seem to have a lot. The flags are definitely moving in tandem, but what’s with the haze of white bounding box around the vehicle? Is that just motion blur artefacts? @anneapplebaum
