So long as you had fire-resistance certificate for each flag.
(IDK vegas regs, but that's the larger issue, beyond the venue union contract, here. Helpfully there was a Firehouse across the street which can issue certificates, i walked a tablecloth over to them once. Longer trek from the new expo center now.)
