Many people do not understand how cooked the German “left” is.
Many people do not understand how cooked the German “left” is.
@Oyu_Fka they claim themselves to be left, they are part of my party “The Left” :linke2: etc. Sure as hell they ain't left, but it's still a phenomenon that purely exists in Germany.
I agree that it is a cause for concern - I too would be equally concerned if that started here in the uk - (although, with our government's attitude to pro Palestine protest, it probably has ☹️).
What does the left think it's gaining by supporting Israel's genocide? I don't understand this part.
These four stickers are just the ones that caught my eye on the way back home from the office in the “leftist” district of Linden, in the city of Hannover.
This is what I have to deal with every day.
So you honestly think that the German left is the only left-wing group on the entire planet to advocate Israel's victory and to be in favour of the genocide in Gaza?
At no point do you say to yourself that left-wing imagery is taken up by the far right to advocate the opposite of what it is supposed to stand for?
which is a modus operandi of the far right, in Germany as everywhere else on the planet?
I kinda understand how it evolved to be this way but this German guilt cannot let itself be manipulated into equating antizionism with antisemitism any longer. It's so incredibly harmful.
Zionists are the worst
When Russia claims it's “denazifying Ukraine” everyone sees it as obvious propaganda to justify a brutal invasion.
When Israel claims they're fighting Nazis, when in reality they're committing a genocide, everyone in Germany from the far left to the far right gobbles that shit up like pep-head stoners on a pizza delivery.
However, lest we forget:
“Presently the #AzovBrigade is actively recruiting #Nazis, #Fascists, and #WhiteNationalists from Europe and North America to join their ranks in #Ukraine as ideologically driven armed fighters”
… extracted from:
“Concerning the War in Ukraine: No Love For Putin; No Guns For Nazis”

Ordinary Ukrainians rose up because Yanukovych ignored a parliamentary vote under Russian pressure.
The use of Nazism is being perverted by all the oppressors.
Darvo makes me pissed
@burnoutqueen You have no idea! We're heroically on the wrong side of history once again! Third time's the charm, boys.
