P. S. Personally I'm not really big on the High Park cherry blossoms. It's a great time to observe ground-nesting bees like cellophane bees which are abundant among the cherry trees, but dealing with the crowds is more hassle than it's worth...I'd rather go on a less busy day to a less-visited area.

@nev It’s also painted turtle hatching season with multiple nest sites near the High Park cherry trees. The crowds make ensuring the hatchling’s safety a challenge.
