If you think that NOBODY should tell the thermostat what temperature to try to achieve and that the thermostat is OBLIGATED TO NO ONE and furthermore that it's IMPOSSIBLE TO ESTIMATE what the temperature would be, please let me know in the comments because this is very important information

@evan In Italy it's illegal to set it higher than 19 掳C (or 18 掳C if pollution/energy cost levels worsen), so it would be nice to have a lower bracket to know if we have anyone respecting Italian law. ;-)
