Closest thing I can find to this is hopniss.net run by @bunkcomputer – a worker co-op in Western North Carolina. But I imagine it's hosted in the US...

@blainsmith @syhr I don't think any of us are using SearXNG so we probably never considered it.
We would like to have a way for the users to be able to vote on new services though. Maybe it could be proposed and added.
Might be worth considering as a #SocialCoop service ...
