If succeded than a democrat become president (speaker of the house) obstacle i think is the 2/3 votes needed (not sure). If impeaching trump first Vance Will be president.

@randahl Ted's wrong. If Dems retake both houses, Taco won't be facing two years of impeachment. Maybe two months, if that. After that, he'll be removed. And after THAT, likely charged with major crimes, and likely face prison. That's assuming he survives that long, and is deemed fit to stand trial, instead of being declared incompetent and committed to a facility, where he'll slowly fade from public memory while investigations of his family and associates go on for years.
