Republicans are panicking. Senator Ted Cruz tells donors he had the following dialog with Trump because the economy is failing:

Ted Cruz: “Mr President, […] we’re going to go into election day, face a bloodbath. You’re going to lose the House, you’re going to lose the Senate, you’re going to spend the next two years being impeached every single week.”

Donald Trump: “Fuck you, Ted.”

@randahl @sleeve98 By the way: If #demracys win both house and senator, they must first impeach #jdvance and don’t allow #trump to choose a new vp. Then impeace trump. If succeded than a democrat become president (speaker of the house) obstacle i think is the 2/3 votes needed (not sure). If impeaching trump first Vance Will be president.

@randahl Ted's wrong. If Dems retake both houses, Taco won't be facing two years of impeachment. Maybe two months, if that. After that, he'll be removed. And after THAT, likely charged with major crimes, and likely face prison. That's assuming he survives that long, and is deemed fit to stand trial, instead of being declared incompetent and committed to a facility, where he'll slowly fade from public memory while investigations of his family and associates go on for years.
