If you are a Washington State business who is contemplating refusing service to ICE personnel then you should familiarize yourself with WAC 480-70-366 Refusal of service, specifically section 2.b
Make certain you fully understand this law and comply with local and state law enforcement should it be necessary to contact them.
@BiSasquatch That section only applies to solid waste and refuse collection companies when they go to your house or place of business. It does not apply to individuals coming to your business to buy things or seek a service.
