@heidilifeldman I have no doubt Minnesota will bring a state homicide charge, manslaughter at the very least. The amount of community and news video footage will counter the likely wiped dash and body cam footage the BCA will find from the ICE agents.
@heidilifeldman any governor would be wise to at minimum have armed monitors watching ICE at every moment moving forward. They're poorly trained, poorly vetted, armed, & incentivized to be outright evil.
Any governor should be making ICE absolutely skin crawlingly uncomfortable to operate. What possible incentive is there to play along at this point? Optics? You're on the side of nazis if you're aiding them. Cut funds? They're just making up bullshit to cut funds from states- see childcare.
