Based on every other dieting experience, I expected to plateau at around 10 lbs of weight loss, but I've nearly tripled that.
What do I actually eat? Breakfast is usually plain greek yogurt with fresh fruit or granola. This keeps me satiated until lunch (even though its like 200-300 kcal). Lunch is usually a serving of cottage cheese with peach slices (also ~200 kcal). Sometimes lunch is 4 small-ish tacos from a nearby taqueria (kcal unknown). 2/n
