There are sometimes occasions where signups get lost (for example if there are a lot of fake spam signups), it's usually worth checking with an admin if they don't reply to a signup 馃檪

@FediGarden @mjr @mattcaff Thanks for the ping! For some reason my notifications stopped coming through for registrations, I'll look into that.

@FediGarden it can be hard to remember to chase up a registration if it just stalls silently.
