Marriott's website absolutely refuses to let me log in -- multiple browsers get same result -- apparently because I use a VPN and block trackers.
Hyatt's website is happy to let me in.
One guess which company just got a reservation from me.

Back home I could only pay the fine with a VPN set to a UK server 🙄
(I got the fine because none of the payment methods¹ at the parking site worked and cash could not be used.)

Same experience here with some shops. They just won't work when trackers are blocked. But that's their problem, if they've decided they can't do business without mining my data for a fraction of a cent then I won't shop there anymore. Their loss, not mine. Do they realize this practice actually costs them some customers, even though consultant probably sold it as 'free extra cash? #pihole
Some block me and say it's because I block advertising (which I don't), on testing, its almost always because they require trackers.
