Nice to see Republicans finally learn the value of Big Government though, and how to make the system work. Now if only they could that in a nonevil way.
I thought I was being catastrophically paranoid and depressing, but ye'ah, it sounds like that to me.
People now have much more power than people had in the time of the Gestapo and SS. Using ICEBlock, groups are organizing to protect neighbors.
Of course, the regime is threatening the developer and even CNN for reporting on the app, because to hell with free speech and freedom of the press. Well, not yet. Those rights are not gone yet. As Timothy Snyder said, we have to protect our institutions. Don’t obey in advance. Have the courage to speak out and publish against injustice. This is true patriotism.
