On an #IETF mailing list about glue in the #DNS: "Glue is sticky and annoying and gets everywhere and is hard to clean up, but without glue in the right places your DNS falls apart all over the carpet. Changing the type of glue can only help so much. What you really need to do is to be careful when handling it."
