Having slept on it, I am far more troubled by this settlement. The government should not be able to use its power to bully a defendant into silencing lawful third party speech.
That's what the govt did to bookstores in Bantam Books. The Court held that it violated publishers' 1st Amendment rights.

Here's another neat Bonfire feature: organisation profiles.
You can create a shared profile for your co-op, collective, project, or any other organisation or team, and invite trusted people to manage it with you.
Each team member signs in with their usual Bonfire account, with no insecure sharing of passwords, and together they can post as the organisation, access its feeds and private messages, manage its settings, and add or remove other members.
It’s similar to managing a Facebook Page, but built for the #fediverse: one shared public identity, securely managed by multiple people.

I think draft one can be declared a failure. These do not look like app icon stickers.
IWA: **On the False Information Concerning the Refounding of the IWA**

Earlier this month, the Spanish branch of the International Confederation of Labour (ICL or CIT in Spanish), an international organization that supports integration with Marxist-Leninist and vertical trade unions, published false information claiming that: “The ICL was born from a refounding of the historic International Workers' Association

So I'm using an Etherpad hosting service that lets me configure it through a web GUI that writes values to a settings.json file (which I can't directly edit). I want to set the DEFAULT_PAD_TEXT variable to something including a newline. The settings file clearly documents how to do this using the standard "\n" escape. But the web GUI escapes the backslash before writing the value to settings.json, resulting in "\\n" in the value and "\n" in the output. Workarounds?

If I decode the PEM, all I get is
Type: RSA Public Key
Key Size: 2048 bits
Nothing to say which algorithm it uses.
Feel free to tell me what incredibly obvious thing I'm missing 😅

Want to take a small step toward using #IPv6 but the whole provider landscape looks awful where you are? Start using [::1] instead of 127.0.0.1 when you need to talk to localhost by number. It will do quite a bit toward rooting out some of the last places where there is a legacy dependency, as well as getting you and the people around you used to the new ways.
I meowed at my cat. My windows were open and someone from the street heard and meowed back 😸
Many people say that cloud AI is the answer to everything and that is why we have so many data centers. Well, if cloud AI is so amazing then how come I had to use on-device AI to fix a failed update in the ChatGPT app? There really is power in what we can do on our own hardware, which is why I try to spread the word about what's possible. #AI, #OnDeviceAI, #Troubleshooting
