Tbf, this is the same party that dedicated thirty years to economic liberalism as a means of fixing the problems caused by economic liberalism, so there's at least a degree of consistency.

The Wikimedia Foundation has dissolved the Community Tech team and laid off 5 engineers + 1 manager while unionization efforts are ongoing.

Contributors are raising concerns about loss of community-focused engineering, possible union busting and growing disconnect between WMF leadership and volunteers

A solidarity initiative is now underway across Wikimedia projects.

If we do this with solar PV with 20% efficiency we cover the entire land area of Earth in PV within 3 centuries. (And all of Earth is consequently the US I guess.) If we do it with magical 100% efficient PV we end up in the same place about 1 century later
