I think Milo represents a defunct phase of the American fascist project. All that provocative "debate" shit and the appearance of "diversity," as if a gay white supremacist with frosted hair signified anything different than his bosses.
But under Stephen Miller's auspices, Trumpism is evolving into something more militant, more raw and brutal, with ICE at the forefront. Milo ending up in ICE custody really says it all. They're done talking to the rest of us. They don't need influencers anymore.

It's OK. This feature is awesome, and one I use heavily.
Every social network needs a few mutes here and there. Nobody inherently deserves anyone’s attention.
If someone replies in a way that makes me think, "I'd rather not hear from this person again,” I just mute forever. No aggressive block, no report or feedback, no way for them to know. It's not meant to send a message, get revenge, or influence anyone else — just tailor my feed for me.

I mean if the truth be told I prefer "Downmarket Mussolini," "The Swine Emperor," and "Shitler."
The issue is when I say any of those things Americans automatically file that under "exaggerating for comedic effect" - even the ones who know he's literally a fascist.
So I'm just going with calling him Hitler for a while. I may die under the Nazi jackboot, but it won't be because I let the people around me pretend they didn't know what time it is.

The last two weeks I am experiencing poorer performance from YouTube. The videos I watch suddenly stop, and then spinning circle is shown, as if YouTube is buffering data, but then the videos never continue.
Are anyone else seeing this?
I am fully convinced it is not my internet connection, as everything else performs 100 percent.
Youtube, no. Facebook, very much yes.
My unfounded speculation is that it is caused by running everything through AI for this that and the other thing.
Literally going on 10 years now of people on my TV saying "yeah I mean sure he SAID he was gonna turn immigrants, trans people, and folks with an Act Blue account to soap, but the President can't do that.. wait breaking: Trump opens soap factory! Please be assured these stories are not related..."
