I made vegan Mayo tonight using Silken Tofu.
It was oil free, only used a few ingredients, and worked really well in a Soya Protein Shawarma Kebab Wrap. Also made a nice dip for thin and crispy potato wedges!

Fuck every YouTuber who interviews DHH, invites DHH, collaborates with DHH, makes tutorials for DHH's Omarchy, speaks at DHH's conference.
Lately I've been learning a lot about Linux and the terminal, so that I can move away from macOS and GUI apps, and regrettably that involved giving some of those YouTubers views.
There are a lot of such YouTubers for whom it's no problem whatsoever to associate with full-blown Nazis. For a start, search for the conference OMACON and who spoke there.
Tech enthusiasts are way too tolerant of literal Nazis. Fuck these people.

When I was younger, I became quite known in my country for being an avid backpacker. I was sometimes in the newspapers, with pictures of me on camels or in auto rickshaws.
My grandpa didn’t read a word of English, but when he passed I found a file of every single newspaper clipping about me that he had cut out carefully, in all languages.
I miss that deeply autistic man so much. He used to write my Chinese name all over my bags, umbrellas, anything I would take with me to travel. He collected clocks, and flashlights, and even today when we go to visit him at the columbarium, we still bring little clocks and flashlights and leave it there for him, instead of flowers.
