now that i have more time to do so, i'm doing a bit more worldbuilding for my d&d group's setting. when inspiration strikes, one of the things i like to do is create unusual creatures to add to the setting to fill it out and make it feel less like standard fantasy fare.

i dont usually go the extra mile of painting them, but today i decided to do so for one of them

this is a creature called a Kousling, it's a small, six-legged desert carnivore that uses its large flat tail to dissipate heat
