@organicmaps what is your stance on AI contributions? I saw some Claude commits but seemed to be a pretty isolated instance.
@fullywoolly AI does not contribute. A human contributor does and takes full responsibility for the tools used, the code, and its maintenance. A reviewer takes responsibility for code review. A maintainer takes responsibility for the code merged and used in the product.

So my dad has officially told me he is not longer helping me pay for my university tuition and only for the blocked account for immigration
Because of this my university now wants 2,500 euros outta me to keep going there, I know this is a MASSIVE ask but I want to keep trying to get my degree and keep living in germany, especially after this weekend

Tomorrow morning, the polling places open in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt for their state elections.
The blue line at the top of this polling chat is Putin's favorites, the far right populists of the AfD party.
Deeply unserious, deeply corrupt, and has deep ties to Russia — but they offer a normalization of racism, and apparently that is what voters want.
If they win tomorrow, I will not spend a single euro in Saxony-Anhalt for as long as their fascist shadow hangs over this state.

I don't ride in robotaxis. Period. I don't care who makes them. The more you know about the failure modes, the more they should scare the hell out of you. The companies endlessly quote statistics claiming they are safer than human drivers, using the classic techniques described in Darrell Huff's "How to Lie with Statistics" -- first printed in 1954, still in print, and still a classic.
