Horny, but ethically
I get awkward about telling people it's my birthday, so I've just put it in my display name so I can't not
@WizardOfDocs Happy birthday!

On the agenda today: practicing my presentation for the #2mr conference in Hamburg this coming Monday (if you're interested, they're doing a live-stream at https://2mr.social).
I've got the luxury of a full day of rehearsals at my in-laws'.
Last year around this time I had to rehearse for a presentation at #JDLL in the back of the car next to my child who insisted on listening to the stories of Little Rabbit through the car's speakers... during a 4 hour ride. So easy peasy today 😅
@_elena good luck! 🍀
Thought you'd want to know: Interledger is echoing this idea: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwu8ELIa8B0
A year or two ago, this was a cool idea that lacked the global infrastructure to pull it off. Today, it seems more doable.
On a single site, I could see this working easily - Spotify and Medium do this now. Cross site? Figuring out the federation will be key.
More to come, for sure...
Noting "Sam Alito’s corruption-drenched decision gutting the remains of the Voting Rights Act," Josh Marshall says,
"The corrupt majority has now doubled down not simply on the non-reviewability of gerrymandering but gerrymandering as a critical and fundamental right of states."

I love the new camera but it’s been a bit difficult to get a handle on. Polaroids are so fussy about light and depth of field, but they surprise me with how emotively they can capture things. (also the BW film is the bee's freaking knees)

This took a bit longer than expected, but it's finally here: the "Join the Fediverse!" zine!
This is fantastic. My “big” project that I believe I mentioned to you previously was going to be a series of articles promoting the fediverse aimed at NJ musicians, mostly because Gary at NJ Stage Magazine said he would publish them after I post them at ferociousdesigns.com. I wanted to get all the articles researched & written before launching, so it has stalled a bit. But I’m rethinking that rollout, so hopefully the first one will be posted soon(ish).
These also work well in tech journalism.
@sjvn This is good.
Many important elections THIS Tuesday:
—Trump's revenge tour against Indiana state Senators
—GOP hopes to flip a Michigan seat
—In Ohio, a local measure to rescind a ban on wind & solar power
—Lots of US House primaries
—Key sheriff race in Tennessee

@stefan I love this! It's not A4 size, is it? Having some scaling issues when I try to print it.
@soapdisch Thank you!
Hmm, from the Micro Zine description:
"This stylesheet focuses on producing no-glue 8-page zines out of a single A4 or Letter paper sheet."
Let me look into this a bit more, I wonder if this is the issue I was running into.
Or do you think this can be addressed by changing printer settings?
(Can't use the printer right now, sorry! Will have to play with this a bit more later.)
"This court has been a shameful court ... I used to argue before the Supreme Court and I read the opinion. It's shit. I mean, it's just bullshit. The whole thing is bullshit. …It is all politics and it is all — this notion of neutral justice is now,
for everybody to see, absolute bullshit."

@aral one can restrict quotes to followers/none in many cases.
Maybe just punch in the original link so it'll be fetched from there?
@kkarhan 👍
@onekopaka @mastodonmigration Okay, folks, but the original question still does not make sense:
> Are integrations between Blender and AI companies permitted?
Yes, regardless of this module.
Would you accept?
> Are integrations between Blender and AI companies officially sanctioned and encouraged?
Where is the response from Northern states?
The slave-owners' thumb on the scale in the structure of the Electoral College and the Senate now expands not just to the House but to every electoral division in the nation. The South did not rise again; it never fell.
