Buch + Versand * Umrechnung in EUR * Einfuhrumsatzsteuer. In deinem Beispiel also etwa:
29 CHF + 25,50 CHF = 54,50 CHF
In EUR, Stichtag 11.1.26: ~ 58,58 EUR
Einfuhrumsatzsteuer 7% (Weil Buch): 4,1006 -> 4,11 EUR
7,50 EUR verlangt DHL dann zusätzlich dafür, dass sie die 4,11 EUR kassieren.

Et av argumentene er at megarikingene skaper så mange arbeidsplasser, og at disse nå havner andre steder.
Men hvor er de?
Rederne har forlengst kvittet seg med norsk sjøfolk, så de hadde jo ikke skapt noen arbeidsplasser her uansett.
Butikkeierne legger jo ikke ned butikkene her selv om de flytter til Sveits.
Fabrikker anlegges uansett i lavkostland.
