Outsourcing public services involves syphoning off of funds to pay investors; the (supposed) calculation is that payments are dwarfed by the efficiencies introduced by the private sector.
This relies on the assumptions the public sector is 'inefficient' & investors only are paid when outsourcing is a success. Sadly neither is true, and so children's social services have become a way of bolstering private equity's returns *not* improving the lot of children!

Malheureusement à #FontenayAuxRoses on hérite du nouveau parc Ste Barbe aménagé en partie "à la française" par l'ancienne équipe municipale. Ces aménagements ne sont pas adaptés. C'était une décision à contre-temps du réchauffement climatique.
Nous allons voir comment on peut corriger un peu cela.

Entenc perquè mastodon.social té desactivades tant la línia de temps Local com la Federada, és una bona definició de morir d’èxit.
