Implementing Encrypted Messaging over ActivityPub
One of the project areas of the Social Web Foundation for the last year has been end-to-end encrypted messaging. ActivityPub, the standard protocol that powers the Social Web, has privacy controls, but they do not protect the content of messages from server operators. Encrypted…

@gubi @snow @xabacadabra @tassoman
@kenobit@livellosegreto.it @gubi@sociale.network @tassoman@misskey.social @snow@snowfan.it @xabacadabra@misskey.social concordo tantissimo sulla festa itinerante!
We're very excited to announce that we're sponsoring Protocols for Publishers - @team - in London.
As well as helping support the event, @saskia will be joined by Siddhartha from The Bristol Cable to talk about building a social app for a local community, with their local news publisher.

If you're looking for a quick present for someone, ebooks are always great, and I've got a great one for the poli-sci, cyberpunk, big data nerd, and/or sci fi political thriller fan in your life. www.kobo.com/ww/en/ebook/...
Always cool to read Donna Haraway and realize how much influenced bonfire and how much it is connected to it:
"Thinking-with / Becoming-wth : A practice of engagement where one takes up ideas or relationships (like a cat's cradle) and carries them forward, creating new patterns, emphasizing trust, relay, and shared making rather than individual ownership."
Moved to @Vivaldi@social.vivaldi.net and feels very good so far 🙃

I have huge respect for everyone contributing to the Fediverse: the larger-than-life architects like @cwebber @evan (without whom we would literally all not be here), implementers like @dansup bringing photo & video to it, new projects like @newsmast @michael @FreddieJ @saskia @bonfire @ivan @mayel orgs like @Flipboard @mike @john @ghost @activitypub.blog @pfefferle bringing the media over to the Fediverse, and @rileytestut @altstore for trying out completely new things.

@kenobit@livellosegreto.it io utilizzo sempre la f minuscola.
