1. I soldi, le ausl non vogliono spendere facendo di tutto per pagare il software il meno possibile, pretendo prestazioni elevatissime (ossimoro). Inoltre pagano il minor numero di tecnici
2. Chi decide quale programma deve adottare un reparto o tutto l'ospedale non ci lavora e pensa soltanto a se stesso (mentre chi deve usare il programma può essere giovane o meno, avere tempo o meno)

Ma chi li programna questi software, li prova o manda in produzio e alla cieca?

a me interessa sentire le storie dell'orrore!
la mia azienda (dvisionlab.it) sviluppa software medicale custom (con tecnologie web e cloud). quando riusciamo rilasciamo alcune parti come open source (spesso difficile per via di IP!), ma non abbiamo medici di riferimento che ci aiutino a capire le difficoltà specifiche del settore, quindi ci affidiamo solo alle esperienze dei clienti (tipicamente tecnici, medici o altri sviluppatori di software)
