APELL – The European Open Source Software Business Association, is the umbrella organisation for national Open Source business associations in Europe. Founded in 2020, it aims to increase opportunities for the members of the Association’s member organisations, and to raise awareness for the strategic importance of Open Source for Europe. APELL promotes a sovereign, in­clu­sive, ethical digital market.
