I'm a musician by compulsion and a programmer by trade from Cologne (D). I found my love for synthesizers and sound design in my thirties, but I have been playing various instruments since my childhood.
I have an eclectic taste in music, but I gravitate towards melodic pieces telling a story. My compositions cover a wide variety of styles from synth pop to prog rock and folk to classical.
Let’s set sail and discover music around the world. On this cruise, pop music charts in different countries are our regular ports of call.
Rather than going through the chart toppers countdown style, we’ll move sideways instead: one song per country at a time, performed by homegrown artists.
