I code and publish #LocalFirst software under CC0 with the odd constraint that all data and code for the web application fits on roughly 1.44MB. I encapsulate this in a PNG file called a "Floppy PNG". It is both efficient and tangible/visual. I run a demonstration site at https://compute.land that loads various Floppy PNGs. My main application, and ongoing work, is an application for collaborative, combined, nested data and material logical flow diagrams.
