I am the founder/creator of Hadaka Shizen’yoku (裸自然浴) the practice of basking naked in nature - the foundational practice of Mukyōhō Zen Buddhism (無境法). Hadaka Shizen’yoku teaches that boundaries are illusions & human constructs. By shedding clothing, we shed attachments, experiencing ‘No Boundaries’ – which is the core principle of Mukyōhō.
I'm a naturist activist and author, educating people about, and luring them into the clothes-free lifestyle one story at a time, using many genres, from mystery through history and steampunk to fantasy and science fiction.
