The Dgar Project draws from a passion for music, and takes inspiration from grunge, punk, rock, and blues. Dgar is pronounced like ‘Jar’.
I release music under various project names, including:
Ice Line Drift (ambient electronic minimalism instrumentals).
The Midnight Detective Club (80s inspired synthpop songs).
Replay in Neon (electrocrunch instrumentals with occasional single idea lyrics).
Formed from the ashes of some of Sheffield’s finest alternative / goth bands, we still have unfinished business…
Stopping time one track at a time, Secret Deal are Stefan and Sam.
Stefan composes and produces tunes from New Jersey and sends them via top secret underwater cable to Sam in the UK, who writes lyrics and records vocals. The lyrics are obfuscated. The vocals are encrypted. They’re then handed from agent to agent across an intricate and closely guarded web as part of other top secret deals taking place en route through Europe, Russia and East Asia before landing on the American West Coast and back across to the States from whence they came. There are currently tens of briefcases in transit. As soon as they reach their final destination they’ll be unencrypted, unobfuscated and uploaded here. The next one is imminent!

Kid Lightbulbs is Brandon Lucas Green. Brandon’s music blends an intriguing mix of influences, evoking Nine Inch Nails, Fiona Apple-esque piano rock, and 70s prog, coupled with highly vulnerable and often self-deprecating lyricism.
Brandon operates as a solo artist, writing, producing & releasing music from his basement in central Massachusetts.
Formerly known as flann or Horus (back in the days of the forums of MyOwnMusic and MeetMusic), Benjamin Eisenhofer never stopped making electronic beats. This project is used for more in-your-face electronics.
Konstrukto a.k.a. Kons Spons is an MC/producer from the Netherlands, as well as an illustrator/animator. Part of the Fijnproeverz collective, most of his music has a jazzy or soulful vibe and a positive message.
De la chanson et la poésie, il a extrait l’amour des mots, absurdes et beaux. Du hip-hop velouté et de la house originelle, un goût aiguisé pour les rythmiques efficaces. Mais c’est le rock qui a fait vibrer l’âme adolescente de Calin Dica. Dans sa tête un petit yokaï lui streame du son, jour et nuit, qu’il le veuille ou non. Comment faire autrement que le sortir ? Armé d’une groovebox et d’un sampler, une électro-guitare bricolée façon DIY dans les mains, il exhale des plaintes et des désirs, de la joie et du plaisir, de la passion et une putain de rébellion.
