Just another Alaskan, loving my life in the SE with all the wonderful rain in Sitka! (Seriously - rain - I love it!) I work for the State of Alaska in a nonpartisan capacity, so there won't be politics on my feed, but I am a political junkie IRL. I love growing things, taking pictures of things growing, being on my partner's commercial trolling boat, and did I mention I love taking pictures? Former New Mexican, former English teacher. (Yes, I will die on the hill of the Oxford comma.)

grateful to be in Tlingit Aaní I live in the cool wet forests of #SEAlaska. Often found with my nose in a book from the #PublicLibrary, so I may be imagining a different place or time. Moderately techie, unreasonably in favor of salmon runs, seriously studying #IndigenousLanguage, still playing fiddle. I mean to use #HaaX̱'
anx' most every day as I post in #LingítLanguage (I am not an expert, but am a devoted student, encouraging others to learn and to speak).
