Some of the visitors from the last two days. We have a frost warning tonight (the baby tomatoes are under covers), and the weather has been a mixed bag of rain and cool recently but occasionally the sun came out, illuminated the fresh greens and made the birds pop. Tonight's frost is hopefully the last! I am ready for more warmth! Names in description. 1/2 #birds
A female Redbellied Woodpecker with some missing feathers on the front of her neck and a very interesting orange tint in the red above her beak. You can also nicely see her red belly spot.

And part 2/2, the dark boys. :)
A Redwinged Blackbird, ready to explode! Wings and shoulders stretched out and the head very plushy. He looks ridiculously adorable.

A Blue Jay in the sunshine, the wind blows up his feathers. It looks kind of calm and soft.
