Okay, I think I’m going to hit pause on Random Friend for now because of the FT2232H shortage and LCSC only having like 100 in stock now and the price is creeping up.
Instead, I’ll do a handful of PMOD modules that contain the same blocks, and prototype the gateware on an iCEBreaker dev board which conveniently is the exact same pair of FT2232H and iCE40-UP5k
@jpm they'll receive the clock ok, but so will everything nearby as half of it escapes into the ether
@cliffordheath yeah, best I can do is stick it next to the power pins, and tie the next IO pin directly to ground.
@jpm Power is a signal, not a shield. Try to avoid coupling other signals into it
