In physics, curved spacetime is the mathematical model in which, with Einstein's theory of general relativity, gravity naturally arises, as opposed to being described as a fundamental force in Newton's static Euclidean reference frame. Objects move along geodesics—curved paths determined by the local geometry of spacetime—rather than being influenced directly by distant bodies.
@catsalad I wish I knew my science, but that cat is a patriot.
@catsalad
This is Schrödinger's Cat. The relativity effects...
@catsalad Actually, mass of this cat (typically 4-7 kg) is not enough to curve the spacetime. It is more likely that cat's trajectory accidentally crossed the gravity well, and it got trapped there.
@catsalad "I have eated ALL the dinner"
@catsalad does this have any thing to do with comets having tails?
@catsalad this kitty's i-don't-give-a-damn attitude is defying all laws of physics though, such a cool cat 😺
@catsalad its a third cat 'bending space on tiled road' i've seen last week.... this smells ai-generated. Cat colouring change, and tile colour changes too, but the camera angle is same and framing identical.
@catsalad
Einstein's or Schrödinger's cat ?
@catsalad Gravity sucks! 😂 😃

@catsalad
Sadly I now look at images like this with deep scepticism. AI? I hope not but suspect it is.
I always purr-fur-ed this one.
@catsalad If it fits, it sits.
@catsalad See, a red hole only slightly less massive than a black hole. I wonder if getting closer to the event horizon time runs differently.
