@EUCommission would it means that Cies "offerring" services based on a toxic AF concept such as AI will be eligible for tax deductions ? Then how to penalize the same toxic Cies behaviour? Wtf is going here

@EUCommission "beyond what public funding alone can provide" - what about more big tech taxes? That way you can do more funding.
Otherwise you cement dependencies and let big tech dictate the terms. Research and Europe in general however needs independence, imo.
What about taxing these companies instead of asking them for "donations"? And use that money to let research institutes build their own infrastructure?
