I got most of the way through wiring the next board for the #MiniDragon which includes 3 new instructions and two patch boards for the issue I discovered with PUSHIP the other night. It all neatly fits on the acrylic panel. Tomorrow I think I'll be able to finish wiring the control signals bus and then do the power distribution and then I can test it. If this works then I finally have instructions for loading/storing to RAM (LOADA and STOREA respectively) and I can write a memory tester program to verify the write request line is operating properly. I'll also be able to claim success on function calls because PUSHIP/POPIP will work giving me the ability to call subroutines and return from them.

Oh you had better believe the patched microcode works for PUSHIP/POPIP! We now have nested function calls working on the #MiniDragon both in single-step and auto-clock mode!
On to testing LOADA/STOREA and writing a memory tester program!
Finished the wiring on the #MiniDragon board as well as all of the connector wires to attach it to the board underneath it. Just gotta do the power distribution after I shower and then I can test it!
