Better than the dogshit-tier SnBi I tried last time, but still a bit too runny and it spreads a bit too much. I’ll try tubs next, folks say it’s thicker and better for stencil-work but syringes are thinner and better for re-work
For reference, that rectangle footprint of U3 is 2.2mm x 1.3mm

Yeah why not, chuck on a bit of extra flux around the fine-pitch parts, then into the oven at 250°C for 30 seconds
