It has an implementation of BASIC and Forth.
And the more popular CP/M-65:

Which has Altirra BASIC, Pascal and Forth! The amount of systems this one has been tested to run on is amazing.
Have you tried targeting this basic environment? I'm not sure if it has the FOR NEXT semantics you were looking, but I'll try to run it later.
These are actually great references to my CP/M-UXN (still thinking in the name).
