I guess that’s one way to keep my account secure
Trying to sign in to my home insurance company. It wants to send my a code to my phone number, but claims that my phone number is "not in a correct format, please change it"; and I can't change it without logging in.
Also tried to reset my account but when I do that it claims my email address format is incorrect.
Technology is wonderful.
@thomasfuchs I updated my air miles account to a long strong password. Apparently their form only went X characters and ignored the rest of it. So I don't know at what point it stopped or what it did. But I can't login anymore.
